Monique is a bilingual legal assistant who specializes in the preparation of U Visa and asylum applications. Prior to joining the team, she worked in the non-profit sector for four years doing health programming and client counseling at various organizations, including Foundation Communities and El Buen Samaritano.

Monique received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health from the University of Texas at Austin in 2018, specializing in Community Health and Wellness. What makes this new role fulfilling for Monique is that she is able to form part of meaningful and positive change in the lives of many families. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading a good book, and spending time outside with her dog, Mikey.
